Dump The Kingmakers

The “No Kings” protests throughout the United States last Saturday combined to make probably the largest mass rallies in American history. Connie and I and many of our family and friends lent their voices, and rejoiced.

Many at those rallies, including a dog, urged us to “Dump Trump!” But it will be much more immediately effective to dump the enablers—the kingmakers—who abdicate their own responsibility for democracy by letting this man illegally and unconstitutionally amass power.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely; and far too many people are absolutely corrupting Trump and the MAGA world.

These kingmakers have no excuse when they say, “It’s all too complex. I don’t know what’s in the Big Beautiful Bill, and I don’t know what is going on at home or internationally, but Trump is our president, he was elected, and his preferences must cancel out everything else.”

Dumping the kingmakers starts with special congressional elections this September and November in Virginia, Arizona, and Texas. Many more elections come in 2026. And, starting today, we can choose what businesses to deal with based on who they have kissed and where.
